4. Payment Terms

Project pricing is determined based on the scope of work outlined in the proposal.

• A deposit (percentage defined in individual contracts) is required before work commences.
• Milestone-based payments are standard for large-scale developments.
• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or project delays.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Final project terms may be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the final deliverables (code, design assets) will be transferred to the client. Softwarestech retains the right to use non-confidential snippets of the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Softwarestech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. We strive for high uptime and security but do not guarantee that third-party hosting or external APIs will be error-free.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of these Conditions. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
