Softwares Tech is a software development company based in Jaipur, India, building custom software, websites, mobile apps and SaaS products for startups, SMEs and enterprises across India, the US, UK, UAE and Canada. We've stayed intentionally small enough that the engineer who scopes your project is the same one who builds it — and the same one who picks up the phone six months later.
Why we started
this company.
We'd both worked on projects where the agency disappeared after launch and left the client with code nobody else could maintain. The handover was a ZIP file and a hope. Bugs that appeared a month later were "out of scope."
We started Softwares Tech to be the team we wished we'd had on those projects: the kind that stays, that explains its decisions in plain language, and that says "no, that's not a good idea" when it's true — even if it costs us the project. That constraint is still how we decide what work to take on.

We say no to projects we're not right for
Not every team is the right fit for every project — including ours. If we don't think we can do your project well, we'll tell you in the first call, and point you toward what would be a better fit if we can.
You talk to the engineer, not a relay
No 'I'll check with the team and get back to you' on questions the person on the call could just answer. The people who scope the work are the same people who build it.
Scope is written down before work starts
So 'what did we agree to' is never a conversation you have to have eight weeks in. A fixed-scope proposal in writing, within 5 business days, before any code is written.

Security isn't a phase — it's a constraint on every decision, from day one.
Retrofitting security is expensive. We treat it as a first-sprint architectural decision on every project — because it costs far less to build it in than to bolt it on later.
Speed is a feature users feel — even when they can't name it.
A slow product loses people before it has a chance to prove its value. We treat performance as core scope, not a final-sprint cleanup task.
Good design is a business decision, not a visual one.
Every interface choice either helps someone do what they came to do, or gets in their way. There's no neutral option.
