Proof that the training actually happened.
A learning management system is judged by its records, not its homepage. We build the enrolment, certification and reporting layer that stands up when an auditor, a regulator or a board asks for evidence.
- Experienced engineers
- NDA before day one
- You own the code

Four audiences, four different systems
An LMS for a factory's safety training and one for a university share a name and almost nothing else. Pick the closest.
Training that has to be proved, not just offered.
Onboarding paths, role-based curricula and annual refreshers, where the real deliverable is evidence that the right people completed the right course on time.
- Assign by role, team or location
- Deadlines, reminders and escalation
- Completion evidence per employee
- SSO and HR-system sync
Six systems behind one completion record
The parts an administrator touches daily โ and the ones that decide whether a compliance report is trusted.

Enrolment and access
Who can see which course, and how they got there โ self-serve, assigned by an admin, or synced from your HR system.
- Self-serve and admin assignment
- Groups, roles and hierarchies
- Bulk import and HRIS sync
Course structure
Modules, prerequisites and drip rules, with SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI so existing content libraries work natively.
- SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI
- Prerequisites and learning paths
- Drip and scheduled release
Assessments
Question banks, randomisation, attempt limits and grading rules โ including assignments a human marks.
- Question banks and randomisation
- Attempt limits and time windows
- Manual and automatic grading
Certification
A branded certificate engine with dynamic fields, verification codes and expiry dates that drive renewal reminders.
- Branded templates, dynamic fields
- QR / code verification
- Expiry and renewal reminders
Live sessions
Zoom, Google Meet or BigBlueButton attached to a course, with attendance captured against the record, not a spreadsheet.
- Zoom / Meet / BigBlueButton
- Attendance against enrolment
- Recording published to the module
Reporting
Progress, completion and compliance views for learners, managers and auditors, with raw exports when someone wants to check the working.
- Manager and admin dashboards
- Compliance and audit exports
- Scheduled report delivery
Assigned on Monday, certified and tracked for renewal
Each stage writes to the same record, so nothing has to be reconciled between systems later.
Stage 01
Assign
By role, team or intake โ manually or from your HR feed.
Stage 02
Learn
Modules, SCORM packages and live sessions, on web or mobile.
Stage 03
Assess
Quizzes, assignments and resits under the rules you set.
Stage 04
Certify
Certificate issued, verifiable, with an expiry date attached.
Stage 05
Renew
Reminders before expiry, and the next version of the course.
An LMS is a system of record first
The difference between a training portal and a learning management system shows up the day somebody disputes a record. These four decisions are where that is won or lost.
Course versioning
A learner's record points at the version they completed, so a later edit never rewrites history.
Audit trail
Who enrolled whom, when a score changed and which admin approved an exemption โ all recorded.
Data residency
Hosted where your policy requires, with backups and retention rules agreed before launch.
Access control
Roles down to the group level, so a regional manager sees their people and nobody else's.

Why it matters
Most disputes are not about whether someone learned something โ they are about which version they took, who approved the exemption and when the certificate lapsed. The platform should answer all three without anyone searching an inbox.
It has to sit inside what you already run
An LMS that doesn't know who joined last week, or that makes finance re-key invoices, gets abandoned quietly.

Launch and look after it
We ship, then stay on as the team that already knows your platform โ new audiences, new integrations, new reports.
Pick what fits where you are
| How we work | Fixed-scope buildRecommended | Dedicated team | Take over an existing LMS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best when | Curriculum and audiences are already settled. | The programme is still changing shape. | Something runs but costs more than it returns. |
| You get | Scope, milestones and a fixed price before work starts. | A named team, weekly demos, re-planning each sprint. | A code and data review, a risk list, then fixes in order. |
| In one line | A defined platform with a written scope, timeline and price. | Senior engineers as an extension of your team, month to month. | Moodle, Totara, LearnDash or a custom build โ reviewed honestly, then fixed, extended or migrated. |
Real clients. Work you can check.
Verified client testimonials will be published after approval from our clients. Until then, here's what we built โ and where you can see it live.
No invented reviews or ratings โ only clients you can verify.
Questions about LMS projects
Still unsure? Ask us directly โ a senior engineer replies within one business day.
What's the difference between an LMS and an eLearning platform?
An LMS is the administration layer โ enrolment, tracking, certification and compliance reporting. An eLearning platform is the learner experience: content, live classes and community. Most organisations need both, and we build them as one system.
Do you support SCORM and xAPI content?
Yes โ SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI (Tin Can), so packages from Articulate, Captivate and similar authoring tools run natively and report progress back into the learner record.
Can learners access content offline?
Yes. We build offline-capable apps or progressive web apps that cache modules on the device and sync progress once the connection returns โ useful for field and factory teams.
Can the LMS handle live virtual classes?
Yes. Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams or BigBlueButton attach to a course, with attendance recorded against the enrolment and the recording published back to the module afterwards.
How do completion certificates work?
A branded certificate engine with dynamic fields, a verification code or QR link, and an expiry date where the training needs renewing. Issue and delivery are automatic once your completion rules are met.
Can one platform serve several brands or partners?
Yes. Multi-tenant academies share one codebase while keeping separate branding, catalogues, admins and reporting per tenant.
How do you handle compliance audits?
Records are versioned, every administrative action is logged, and compliance views export to the formats your auditor asks for. We agree the exact report formats during scoping rather than after launch.
